The way you begin your morning sets the tone for everything that follows. A consistent morning yoga ritual — even fifteen minutes — dramatically shifts your energy, focus, and emotional resilience throughout the day.

Start in Child's Pose. Allow your breath to deepen and your spine to lengthen. This gentle opener releases overnight tension and invites awareness into the body before any other demand is placed on it.

Follow with Cat-Cow to awaken the spine. Move slowly, linking breath to movement. Feel the vertebrae articulate, the belly lift, the crown of the head draw forward and back. This sequence gently activates the parasympathetic nervous system, preparing you for a calm and focused day.

Close with five minutes of seated Pranayama — specifically Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing). This practice balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain, sharpens mental clarity, and creates a profound sense of inner calm.
