Absolutely. Most of our retreats welcome all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Our instructors tailor sessions to meet you where you are.

Cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date receive a full refund. 15–29 days prior: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund, but the booking may be transferred to a future retreat.

Yes! All our retreats include wholesome, sattvic meals prepared fresh daily. Dietary preferences (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) are accommodated with advance notice.
