A Mexican 500-hour certified yoga teacher in India, specialized in Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Teaching since 2023 in Mexico and since 2026 in India, I guide students through self-discovering, movement and meditation practices, that help them to cultivate strengths, presence and balance. Through my yoga studies, personal practice, and experiences in India and all over the world; I could reconnect with my essence, release control and improve the relationship between my body, mind, and emotions.
